Description:
Reporting to the Manager of Inside Sales, the Sales Support Representative will be responsible for exceeding revenue targets while managing a few small to medium sized accounts.
o Support strategic initiatives for account retention and growth
o Negotiate and initiate contractual agreements and contract renewals with clients
o Develop long-term business relationships with clients by marketing the company as a component of the client’s business strategy
o Support all client account changes and growth
o Participate in the development of sales objectives and strategic plans
o Up-sell services to clients
o Maintain up-to-date product and service knowledge
o Engage in sales and performance forecasting and review
o Support Account Managers as required
o Administrative and other duties as required
Requirements:
o At least 2 years sales experience in the IT/Telecommunications industry
o Proven track record of high performance against sales targets
o Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
o Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
o Strong business acumen
o Professional communications skills
o Positive and team-oriented attitude
o Self-motivation and persuasion skills
o Bilingualism (French/English) a requirement
