| Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Englush/French) |
| Description |
| This position supports a broad range of responsibilities that enable the branch to perform on a daily basis as required. This position provides daily contact with our client base. This contact is established through outgoing and incoming telephone calls, correspondence and personal visits. General inquiries also represent a large portion of this position.
Responsibilities:
Reconciles accounts either independently or at request of customers; refers to legal department when appropriate
Performs customer service by responding to inquiries and complaints
Prepares paperwork for equipment returns and refers to Asset Management
Other duties may be assigned
Requirements:
High degree of customer service knowledge in regard to the methods of payment and delivery options
Post-secondary education required
One to two years customer service experience and/or training preferably within a financial/leasing organization
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations in both English and French
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and co-workers in both English and French
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio and percentages
Must be PC/Windows literate with intermediate knowledge using Microsoft Excel
Excellent interpersonal skills with proven strong analytical skills. The ability to communicate clearly is crucial for effective account resolution
