| Job Title: Performance Management Lead |
| Description |
| Our client currently has an opening in their Human Resources Department for a Performance Management Lead. This is a one year contract engagement.
Design and reconstruct the companys integrated and sustainable performance management systems
Utilize best practices that align with the company's culture and strategic business goals
The scope includes philosophy, process, forms, measurement, technology solutions and integration with related HRM programs (e.g., recruitment, talent management, reward & recognition, compensation) to accommodate a global workforce.
Meet with other members of HR to ensure alignment
Develop presentations and get consensus from internal stakeholders
Identify technical solutions to integrate HR programs
Ability to build and lead a global cross functional team
Prepare and submit RFPs
Graduate degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRP Certification
Broad based Human Resources background
Designed and developed a strategic performance management program
Solid research based on performance management best practices (academic and practitioner)
General HR Business Partner (program application perspective)
Experience in the design and deployment of a performance program
Influenced and led cross functional/cross geographical teams
Project management skills
Excellent communications and presentation skills |
