| Job Title: Business Analyst/Project Manager |

| Our client currently has an opening for a Business Analyst to assist them with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Implementation.
Responsibilities:
The Business Analyst will help lead System Operations staff through the implementation of business process changes and exercises including, but not limited to; the inventory tracking process, data conversion related activities, and other implementation related exercises including the scheduling of and documentation of these business process changes. This position will work under direction from System Operations CMMS Specialist (Hansen8 Implementation Project Manager) to implement and document business process changes while following the CMMS project plan to meet project deliverables and milestones.
The software implementation is Hansen 8 software with complex integration to SAP financials, inventory and payroll. This implementation includes roll-out to approximately 25 support staff and a mobile solution roll-out to 57 field Operators. Throughout the software configuration exercise, several significant business process changes and tasks have been identified which are to occur to support go-live of the software currently set for August 2008.
-Performs business process re-engineering including gathering user requirements, systems analysis and design
-Leads and directs business unit through implementation of defined process changes and improvements
-Leads systems deployment integration and upgrade projects including project planning status tracking and reporting
-Implements information systems, which includes systems testing, documentation and training
-Prepares project documentation including business processes workflows, functional analysis and design.
-Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
-Five years experience working in a methodology enabled technology environment
-Working knowledge of Work Management and Inventory processes and best practices preferred
-Must have experience with business systems functional and business analysis design, testing and documentation
-Excellent oral written and presentation skills are necessary
-Must be able to work independently assuming team leadership roles as required
-Must have highly effective analytical and problem solving skills
-Proven experience in business process re-engineering is required.
-Must have working knowledge of PMBOK methodology. (PMP would be beneficial). Experience with the following applications would be an asset: Hansen, SAP, SSRS,
-Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
