They offer in-depth protection-from the network core, to perimeter defense to complete desktop security.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Manage and lead the Inside Sales Team of telesales representatives (direct sales, enterprise, mid-market and sales training)
2) Foster and maintain a culture and commitment to execution in all phases of the business, including revenue achievement
3) Exceed annual quota, with a strong focus on year-over-year growth
4) Generate and achieve monthly as well as quarterly territory forecasts
5) Handle on-going development of a Sales Team including hiring, training and mentoring
6) Participate in strategic and tactical planning for the division
Job Requirements:
1) 10+ years of experience in sales management with achievements and proven results managing a telesales/teleprospecting environment
2) Consistent and verifiable achievement of quota in a management role
3) Experience in multi-year quota achievement within the same company
4) Excellent communications skills (oral and written)
5) Superb quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution skills
6) Ability to lead the team in all areas of the sales cycle
7) Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
8) Ability to lead and manage several locations
9) Strong solution selling approach
10) Proven job stability (no more than 3 jobs within the last 5 years)
11) Willingness to travel (to work closely with the teams in other offices)
