Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
2) Minimum 7 years of experience in a sales or marketing role (in an enterprise software company)
3) Experience in an inside sales organization focused on volume
4) Proven experience in developing demand generation and outbound marketing programs to qualify sales leads
5) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
6) Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Salesforce.com
7) Superb business analytical skills
8) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
9) Good strategic planning and organizational skills
10) Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, with high tolerance for change
11) Ability to multi-task
