Responsibilities:
Budget preparation and planning
Oversight of Departments;
HVAC,
Electrical,
Plumbing,
Remodel,
Maintenance,
Re-design, update and maintain all aspects of landscaping
Domestic water and energy maintenance,
Security and transportation
Ensure compliance with federal, state laws and city ordinances
Requirements:
5 year experience in plant engineering or applicable trade
3 year supervisory experience preferred
Engineering Degree\Professional Registration preferred
Experience:
Chemicals
Environmental
Mechanical
Architectural renovations
Electrical
Plumbing
Personally Must be:
Stable continued long term tenures
Self-motivated
Quality oriented
Hands-on individual with day to day experience in the work of the multi-departmental functions.
