Job Title: Facilities Manager
Description

Responsibilities will include: • Oversee the assignment of duties, responsibilities and workstations of employees • Approve personnel actions to ensure proper staffing. • Establish procedures & tests for the overall operation & maintenance, of machinery, equipment and facility furnishings. • Evaluate and recommend the repair or modification based on factors such as environment, service, costs and system capabilities. • Ensure all facility-related equipment & systems comply with established specifications, safety standards, & applicable codes and regulations. • Create and implement guest satisfaction revisions & improvements. • Enforce and follow USPH standards, safety, environmental, etc., for all assigned areas • Sustain maintenance cost at reasonable levels without affecting quality and standards. • Review audit comments, & implement audit recommendations. JOB REQUIREMENTS • 3 to 5 years experience in facilities management in a large hospitality/hotel or resort environment or equivalent shipboard experience. • Strong knowledge of maintenance processes & environmental standards with regard to USPH • 2 to 3 years managing a staff of 60+ This position is located onboard one of our vessels.
