Job Responsibilities:
1) Develop customer-facing and internal web sites
2) Design creative HTML e-mail communications for marketing campaigns
3) Develop creative multimedia materials using Flash and other multimedia tools

Job Requirements:
1) Demonstrated experience in web designing and development, multimedia, web usability and best practices in a business environment
2) Experience in working both independently and as a member of a project team
3) Development proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite especially, Flash, Dreamweaver and Photoshop
4) Working knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
5) Superb project management, time management and problem-solving skills as well as superb attention to detail
6) Excellent communication skills with all levels of the organization
