Job Title: Executive Sales Leader
Description

Our client provides industrial buyers and specifiers worldwide with the complete, up-to-date product information they need to be productive.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Represent the company’s web-based technology solutions (websites, searchable online catalogs, CAD drawings, among others) to industrial and commercial companies in the area
2. Establish a local office
3. Develop, manage and lead a Sales Team as coach and mentor
4. Introduce new, innovative and recurring revenue streams in addition to managing existing client relationships in coordination with the team

Job Requirements:
1. College degree in Business, Marketing or a related discipline
2. 8 – 10 years of sales management experience to include recruiting, hiring, developing and motivating sales teams
3. Proven experience in managing a revenue center
4. Verifiable track record of growing sales revenues for a web-based product or service
5. Mastery of MS Office and CRM applications, including Salesforce.com, with strong interest in leading edge business applications
6. Industrial marketing experience is a plus
7. Sales management excellence
