Our client is seeking to hire a: Project Manager - Land Development
Job Description:
Our client's infrastructure sector currently has an opportunity for a Senior Project Manager, Land Development, to join the growing team of professionals in their Edmonton office.
In this exciting opportunity, you will be involved in urban land development projects from pre-design through to construction. With 10 to 15 years of experience, you have demonstrated an ability to manage projects, administer contracts and control budgets. Your past experience in project management makes you an ideal candidate for this role.
We are seeking a candidate who wishes to further develop and enhance their career within the industry. As part of a leading consulting firm, it is essential that you have excellent interpersonal skills, using these to develop and maintain a good working relationship with the client. You must have the capability to manage multiple projects, while working with a wide variety of engineers, designers, technical and support staff. As the successful candidate, you will also play a key role in developing the project budget and schedule, and ensure these are adhered to. Sound problem solving skills, accountability for assigned work, and solid written and communication skills are essential.
Candidates are required to have either an Engineering degree or an Engineering Technology diploma from a recognized institution and must be eligible for P.Eng. registration with APEGGA or C.E.T. registration with ASET.
