Our client specializes in engineering, design and construction projects. They are looking at doubling in size over the next year.
Job Responsibilities:
1) Plan and coordinate the daily administrative tasks for the staff of an assigned project management team
2) Provide administrative and clerical support to prepare a variety of typed general and confidential correspondence such as letters and memoranda, including a variety of technical correspondence
3) Assist in budget process by coordinating the preparation of project reports, schedules and graphic presentations
Job Requirements:
1) Degree (4 year)
2) Strong multi-tasking experience
3) Excellent communication skills
4) Strong computer skills (word, excel, ppt, etc.)
