We are currently looking for Customer Contact Agents (Inbound), providing support to the credit card customers of our client, a Big 5 Bank. This position serves as the frontline contact who plays a critical role in delivering great customer experience for customers who do business over the phone. You will build, enhance and protect relationships with customers through listening, problem solving and recommending products, solutions and services. You will proactively identify sales opportunities, including cross-selling opportunities to other groups within bank.
In order to be considered as a successful candidate, you must have:
- Passion for helping customers
- Sales and service-oriented with a demonstrated ability to proactively listen, identify sales opportunities and solve problems
- Strong communication skills (over the telephone and in person)
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills (with the ability to type and talk at the same time, and toggle between multiple screens)
- Team player
- Completed high school education, or equivalent work experience
SCHEDULE: The candidate will participate in a formal full-time (i.e. 37.5 hours per week) training program, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Candidate must be available for shifts from Sunday to Saturday, between the hours of 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
