| Description |
| As a Recruiter, you would play an important role within the MH HR Team, and partner with hiring managers to identify and source their recruitment needs. You will work closely with hiring managers and other HR staff to understand business requirements and the market segment, to be a value-added recruitment resource.
Responsibilities:
• Building partnerships with hiring managers at all levels, impacting and influencing them on best practices for hiring
• Leveraging relationships with hiring managers to conduct effective full-cycle recruiting across Western Canada
• Contribute strategic ideas regarding sourcing candidates, marketing and assessment tools
• Utilizing cost-effective sources (Internet, direct search, referrals, advertising and networking) to generate qualified candidates
• Employ the applicant tracking system to manage the recruitment process
• Evaluate candidates' resumes against position requisition criteria for interest and acceptability
• Posting of open positions, prescreening of resumes, conducting in person interviews and reference checks
• Ensure an efficient and effective hiring process is being followed
