Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Do you enjoy the Customer Service experience without the call centre schedule? Do you have analytical and Problem Solving skills? Are you Bilingual? If you answered yes to these questions, this position may be for you. We are currently seeking a Bilingual (French/English) Customer Service Representative. The successful incumbent would be responsible for corresponding to customers via telephone (inbound calls), email and letters, troubleshooting customer concerns in a timely manner, research of customer inquiries as well as escalating customer concerns to District Managers and Sales Managers.
The successful incumbent would be confident in writing and speaking both English and French, possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be enthusiastic, take initiative in a growth oriented environment as well as be a team player with a positive attitude.
