Refund Policy
Refund will be considered for employer and recruiter job posting/resume database accounts only when the request for refund has been made before the close of business on the following business day. We reserve the right to refuse refund to accounts who have made a substantial number of searches in the resume database and collected contact information and/or received substantial response to advertisement of their positions. The definition of “substantial” will depend on the geographic location and the nature of the position to be filled, and this decision will be the sole discretion of the Today’s Top Job staff. Refunds are not available for one time services such as Email Campaigns after the service has been completed.
